Single Storey Luxury Home

Single Storey Luxury Home

The location, which is surrounded by other properties on all sides, and the nearby Conservation Area required that the design be sensitive to both.

Early feasibility studies conducted, enabled us to collaborate and guided our client to prefer a one-storey house with a pitched roof. In order to maintain the overall height in line with the neighbouring properties while achieving the desired vernacular-contemporary architecture.

The aesthetics and materiality application unravelled the beauty and luxury of this unique modern home which satisfies our client’s desires at low cost of operation and emission.

The single storey element’s timber cladding was chosen to give it an excellent blending with nature and sensational appearance.

On the second floor above it.

There are 3 en-suite bedrooms inside, including a master suite with a roof terrace that looks out over the garden, bringing nature closer to life.
